September 20, 2017, Ural State University of Economics opened a stadium and a professional sports ground near the dormitories on Umeltsev Street. New sports facilities radiate youth, beauty, and strength; cultivate the desire to go in for sports and to study.

September 20, Roy Damary, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Managing Director of “Technomic Consultants SA” and the head of Business Studies at Robert Kennedy College (Zurich, Switzerland) delivered a lecture at Ural State University of Economics. The organizers of the lecture were the Department of Accounting and Auditing and the International Cooperation Office.

September 21, the Park Zelenaia Roshcha hosted the Spartakiad of the Leninsky district. Students of Yekaterinburg universities competed in running, football and other sports.
