October 24, students of Ural State University of Economics gathered for the 5th International Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the week of marketing and advertising to discuss current trends in marketing and management. 91 applications were submitted for the event, 27 of them - from representatives of other universities of Russia. The conference was held in Russian and English.

October 24, at Ural State University of Economics, Professor of Business School, Leeds University (Great Britain), Dina Williams delivered a lecture for students and spoke about a heuristic (efficient) approach to entrepreneurship.

October 23, at the Statutory Court of the Sverdlovsk region there was a meeting of the Eurasian Research Institute of Man (Russian abbreviation – ENIICH). Experts discussed the economic culture of trust in traditional and modern societies.
