Within past few years, Ural State University of Economics and the Ural Customs Administration have been implementing joint events (roundtables, research seminars, study tours), which make it possible to realize successful interaction between universities and executive authorities in training high-skilled personnel for enterprises, organizations and executive bodies of Sverdlovsk region in the sphere of foreign economic activity, customs regulation and procedures.

March 1, the graduation ceremony for USUE bachelors was held. 270 extra-mural students received documents, confirming their professional level.

March 1, USUE students took part in the action "Students support the election of the Russian president" and met with a member of the Election Commission of the Sverdlovsk region. The conversation between young voters and the organizers of the event was devoted to the hot issue "Why should we participate in elections?"

Today, Ural State University of Economics hosted the conference "Yekaterinburg. Work without Borders" which gathered more than 150 representatives of employers. The participants discussed issues related to creating an accessible environment and employment opportunities for disabled people.

The roundtable held at USUE discussed some issues of housing and communal services. One of the main topics was "Actual problems of housing and communal services digitalization." Representatives of business, non-governmental organizations and academic circles of Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region took part in the discussion.
