The students of the USUE Department of Commerce, Logistics and Trade Economics (groups KD-15, L-15) studying the course Commercial Activity visited the largest warehouse terminal of the UrFD – a distribution center of X5 Retail group "Pyaterochka".

Based on the report of the USUE Rector Yakov Silin at the international scientific and practical conference "Ural-XXI Century: the Region of Innovative Development" (November 29, 2017) the article "Ural for Innovative Development. The Forge of Technological Revolution Victory" was published in Volnaya Ekonomika (Free Economy) magazine.

The meeting was conducted by Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, President of the Eurasian Scientific Research Institute of Man, member of the Presidium of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences Valery Chereshnev. Valery Alexandrovich made a brief overview of Internet information on the topic and a retrospective journey into the history of the international currency, which was born, according to official data, in Japan.

USUE students took part in the XXI international conference "Culture, Personality, and Society in Modern Conditions: Methodology and Experience of Empirical Research". The event was held at UrFU and was dedicated to the memory of Professor L.N. Kogan.
