Today Ural State University of Economics hosted a meeting of the Public Council of the Ministry of Finance of Sverdlovsk Oblast "Is tax an income or a tool of management?" The meeting was attended by leading experts in the field of taxation and finance.

A veteran of the elite FSB forces "Alfa" Sergei Pavlenko met with USUE students and talked about countering the ideology of terrorism and extremism.

Today, an extended meeting of the delegation of Tashkent Financial Institute (TFI) with USUE administration took place. The meeting was attended by Sergey Rogozhin, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Vladimir Kuligin, Vice-Rector for Property Management, Elena Dvoradkina, Vice-Rector for Research, and Maxim Maramigin, director of the Institute of Finance and Law.

A delegation of USUE visited Ramkhamhaeng University in Bangkok. This university, supervised by the royal family, is the largest in Thailand and has about 300,000 students.

The meeting of the Eurasian Research Institute of Man took place at USUE. The theme of the meeting was "Water Resources of the Urals for Sustainable Development of the Region, Environmental Safety, and Public Health".
