In March, employees of the USUE research laboratory carried out research at the request of a fourth-year student of the Institute of Trade, Food Technologies and Service Elizaveta Tyshchenko. The results were included in the scientific paper, which she will report at the X Eurasian Economic Youth Forum.

The meeting took place on March 7 at the USUE roundtable. The reason for that was to sum up the development of cooperation in the field of education. USUE received a grant from the British Consulate in Yekaterinburg, in terms of which lecturers of Liverpool John Moores University Mr. Nicholas Wise and Ms. Kelly Maguire delivered a series of lectures for USUE students and staff.

Last Monday, the final stage of the 1st All-Russia scientific contest among foreign students of Russia took place. The competition was attended by foreign students of USUE and members of Yekaterinburg Association of International Students (AIS).

February 27, graduates of the USUE Institute of Extramural Training celebrated the completion of the course. 322 graduates received long-awaited diplomas of higher education in 9 areas and 17 specializations. Now they are qualified economists, financiers, commodity experts, managers, bankers, technologists, restaurateurs, and marketers.

Students of the USUE Institute of Finance and Law will be trained at the RF Central Bank. USUE rector Yakov Silin signed a cooperation agreement with the head of the Ural Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Rustem Mardanov.
