The results of the first day of the Forum were summed up by a meeting at the governmental level. The Vice-Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, Sergey Bidonko, held a meeting with the honorary guests of the X Eurasian Economic Youth Forum - representatives of the diplomatic missions of foreign countries in the Russian Federation.

Ural State University of Economics has become a meeting place of international economic elite. The grand opening of the X EEYF “Russia-Asia-Africa-Latin America: the Economy of Mutual Trust” took place. The forum is attended by over 3,500 people from 72 countries of the world and 70 regions of Russia, by representatives of 126 universities from around the world, 365 experts, and 17 heads of diplomatic missions of foreign countries in Russia.

During the press-conference devoted to the USUE X Eurasian Economic Youth Forum a number of agreements was signed between USUE and international universities. Among new USUE partners are the Simon Bolivar State Technological Institute of Higher Education (Callao, Peru), Debre Tabor University (Ethiopia), Sanskriti University Mathura (India) and the State Agrarian University (Moldova).

After the plenary session honored guests of the Forum attended the press-conference where they were interviewed by the leading media of the Sverdlovsk region.

One of the key lectures of the Finanncial Congress at the Ural State University of Economics was the open lecture by Anna Zelentsova, Strategic Coordinator of the Russian Ministry of Finance Project ?"Assistance in increasing the financial literacy level among population and financial education development in the Russian Federation”. The lecture's topic was "Financial literacy is a vital skill in 21st century".
