One of the key events of the Ural economic forum, which takes place in USUE on October 24-25th, was an open lecture by the President of the Independent economical society of Russia, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Prof. Sergei Dmitrievich Bodrunov.

The Ural Economic Forum "Ural - a Driver of Neo-Industrial and Innovative Development of Russia" continues its work at Ural State University of Economics.

The event gathered representatives of science, business, public associations, government and local authorities, and heads of enterprises of the real sector of economy. Within two days, October 24 and 25, they will discuss the results of scientific research and the best practices of innovative development of Russian regions, as well as the prospects for their neo-industrial transformation.

A press conference finalizing the visit to the Urals of the President of the Free Economic Society of Russia Sergey Bodrunov was held on October 24 at USUE. Together with Yakov Silin, USUE rector, President of the VEO Ural branch, he answered the questions of municipal and regional media on the transition of modern society to a new industrial model.

On 24-25 October 2019 "Ural - Driver of new Industrial and Innovative development of Russia" forum will be host by Ural State University of Economics. Forum is organized jointly with the Independent economical society of Russia, Ural division of the Independent economical society of Russia and Russian Academy of Sciences.
