To ensure safety, to protect the health of students and University staff and to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, as well as taking into account the recommendations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the University management has approved a set of measures.

According to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation on March 15, 2020, more than 104 thousand studies on coronavirus were conducted. A total of 63 cases of coronavirus infection have been reported. 3 people have already been discharged for recovery.

However, the current situation in the world with the spread of 2019-nCoV (Wuhan coronavirus) and concern for the safety, health and very life of participants forces me to declare the cancellation of the XI Eurasian economic forum of youth.

USUE students of VED-17-1 group (Anna Myakenkaya and Miroslava Ramzova) and VED-17-2 group (Alisa Safiullina) took part in 15th National Contest “Polyglot-2020” of foreign language proficiency for students of non-linguistic majors, which took place on 10-11 March 2020, as part of the 1st Kazan international linguistic forum at Kazan Federal University.

From October 30, 2019, to February, the Institute for International Relations hosted a unique contest “Telling Bazhov”, in which participants were asked to write an essay in English containing an interpretation of the images created by P.P. Bazhov.
